In a recent post, Ranveer Singh expresses his sadness on the demise of Sidhu Moose Wala

Ranveer Singh was devastated by the loss of Sidhu Moose Wala.

Yesterday, everyone was startled and devastated by some tragic news. Sidhu Moose Wala, a prominent Punjabi musician and rapper, was killed in the Mansa district’s Jawaharke village. The Punjab Police removed the security of 424 persons, including Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala, the day before this terrible and shocking tragedy. This action was conducted as part of the Bhagwant Mann administration’s effort to combat VIP culture.

Many celebrities flocked to social media to express their sorrow at his death, and Ranveer Singh is the most recent addition to this list.

Ranveer Singh used his Instagram account to share a photo of Sidhu Moose Wala doing his signature stance. Ranveer captioned this photo when he shared it on Instagram.

Aside from that, a slew of other celebrities took to social media to show their sorrow. Vicky Kaushal posted ‘Dil da ni mada’ on his Instagram stories, using the same lyric from Sidhu Moose Wala’s song. Kapil Sharma turned to Twitter to express his displeasure with the situation, writing, “Dil da ni mada…” with a heartbroken emoji.

 “Satnam shri waheguru  very shocking n very sad, a great artist n a wonderful human being, may god give the strengths to his family #sidhumoosewala.” Vikrant Massey too took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Shocked, numb & at a loss for words.  An Artist I listened to almost every single day. A voice one knew was blessed from above. Condolences & prayers for strength to his family & millions of his fans RIP #sidhumoosewala.”

The Punjab Police removed the security of 424 persons, including Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala, the day before this terrible and shocking tragedy. This action was conducted as part of the Bhagwant Mann administration’s effort to combat VIP culture. Retired police officers, religious and political figures were among the VIPs whose security was reportedly withdrawn. 184 former ministers, MLAs, and private protectees had their security removed by the state government before. The security of 122 former ministers and MLAs had been revoked a month before. Former ministers Manpreet Singh Badal, Raj Kumar Verka, Bharat Bhushan Ashu, and former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi’s family were among those who lost their security protection.
