Bollywood may give a luxurious lifestyle to those who choose it, as much as it is impacted by chance. While finding stable employment in the cutthroat film business might be difficult, when you do, it pays well! Many people wonder how much do Indian actors get paid per movie. Take a look.

Some of these Indian actors have inspirational rags-to-riches backstories, with many of them once battling to support themselves. What a 180-degree change of events!

1. Akshay Kumar – Rs 128 crore per movie

The Khans and Kapoors were the faces of Bollywood in the 2000s. The 2010s, on the other hand, proved to be the finest years of Akshay Kumar’s career, as he has made a fortune off of back-to-back successes. He’s made a smooth shift from action comedies to message-driven dramas, and it appears to be working for him. Good Newwz, Housefull 4 and Mission Mangal, his last three cinematic movies, have grossed over Rs 318 crore, 280 crores, and 290 crores, respectively. Sooryavanshi is Akshay’s next project.

2. Salman Khan – Rs 105 crore per movie

Salman Khan is without a doubt the most well-known name in the world of Bollywood masala films. He’s been relatively steady with hits in the 2010s after a difficult couple of years in the 2000s. Following a string of box office flops, his films Wanted in 2009 and Dabangg in 2010 heralded a new chapter in his career.

Despite the fact that his most recent films have received mixed reviews from critics, they have performed well at the box office. Race 3 grossed Rs 303 crore, Bharat grossed Rs 325 crore, and Dabangg 3 grossed Rs 230 crore in his past three cinematic outings. Salman Khan and Disha Patani star in the upcoming film Radhe.

3. Shahrukh Khan – Rs 88 crore per movie

Shahrukh Khan is referred to be the “King of Bollywood” for a reason. His career as an actor has been on a declining trajectory since the 2010s, despite his amorous exploits in the 1990s and 2000s. His fan base, on the other hand, hasn’t shrunk. Despite a dearth of huge hits in recent years, Khan remains a fan favourite and charges a bomb for each film in which he stars. Zero grossed Rs 191 crore, Jab Harry Met Sejal grossed Rs 153 crore, and Raees grossed Rs 304 crore in his past three films. Shahrukh will next be seen with Deepika Padukone in Pathan.
