Since the teaser for Dasvi, starring Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam, and Nimrat Kaur, was released, fans have been eager to see how the plot unfolds. Via April 7th, the Tushar Jalota directed film will be released on OTT platforms. And, in the run-up to the big day, the actors and filmmakers are doing everything they can to promote their picture. In fact, the video was just exhibited at the Agra Central Jail, where it was shot. Yami shared photos from the event on her Instagram account. She also left images from her visit to the Taj Mahal.
On March 29th, Yami paid a visit to Agra’s Central Jail to promote her film. Abhishek Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur, filmmaker Tushar Jalota, and producer Sandeep Leyzell were among the guests. The actress can be seen in Yami’s photos at the Agra Central Jail. She also shared a photo of herself with Abhishek and Nimrat, with officers and inmates in the background. “The smile on the face says it all,” Yami captioned these photographs on Instagram. Agra Central Jail detainees were treated to a one-of-a-kind #Dasvi screening. (emoji with a smile)
Yami also shared another series of photos in which she can be seen posing in front of the Taj Mahal while wearing a stunning golden kurta. In the description, she stated, “I’m sharing these photos because…”. “Simply (red heart emoji) The film was shot in Agra & hence the city tour had to start right from the heart of the heart (red heart emoji) #Dasvi”.
Tushar Jalota will direct the film, which will star Abhishek in the role of Ganga Ram Chaudhary, who intends to take his class 10th board examinations while in prison. Yami will play Jyoti Deswal, a Haryanvi police officer, while Nimrat will play Bimmi, Ganga Ram’s wife. Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and Jio Studios are behind Dasvi.
