On Tuesday, Amitabh Bachchan took to his Instagram handle and shares an encouraging message on never giving up asking everyone to stand together. He spoke up about explaining how with hope and unity the pandemic can be defeated.
In the video, Bachchan recites a Hindi poem written by his father, the late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. The poem is all about never giving up during a battle. It encourages people to fight with all their strength and to never bow down or stop midway.
He further said, “Every day we all hear amazing human stories for people coming together to help each other. Every day we discover all evidence of the indomitable human spirit, the selfless actions of our frontline workers and covid warriors and every day the darkness turns to light because people chose to come together and stand together.”
Earlier, the veteran actor donated Rs 15 crores for the medical equipments which can be utilized to fight against coronavirus pandemic situation in the nation.
Amitabh Bachchan’s video is meant to be a motivational video for his fans. The words used in the poem are quite encouraging and can relate to the current situation. His message has come at a time of a global health crisis that has hit India the hardest. India has hit hard by the second wave of covid-19. People all over the country are losing their lives due to the lack of oxygen, hospital beds, medicines and vaccine.
