Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut recently tested positive for Covid-19 and had announced the same in an Instagram post. On Saturday, Kangana shared a post revealing that she has been infected with the virus and called it a ‘Small time flu’. The actress was criticized for being insensitive by internet users. Many called her out for spreading information.
On Monday, Kangana took to her Instagram stories and said that she is eagerly waiting to get banned by the photo-sharing platform. She also mentioned that she will remember herself as one who dared to ask questions and ‘made them uncomfortable’.
She wrote, “On Instagram everybody is a victim of capitalism an entire generation of youth eaten up by the termite of capitalism and consumerism their indifference and disdain for the nation and its crisis is appalling, lack of human values empathy and nationalism makes them ugly shallow and useless…. this platform never appealed to me and I am eagerly waiting to be banned here , it will be a badge of honour.”
“When I look back I will remember I did not fit in I made them uncomfortable I asked questions and pushed them to go beyond buying and selling when you look back what will you see yourself as? Meek obedient sheep in a herd waiting to exploit or get exploited?” She added further.
In her deleted Instagram post, she had shared that she is feeling week and tired and had taken a covid test ahead of travelling from Mumbai to Himachal Pradesh.
Earlier, Kangana Ranaut’s Twitter account was suspended permanently for repeated violating comments. She had made objectionable comments on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Kangana criticized Mamata Banerjee for the alleged violence in the state. Kangana was also criticized for her tweets on the oxygen crisis.
