David Spade is indeed an actor, stand-up comedian, writer, as well as a television personality from the United States. Spade was attacked while sleeping on November 29, 2000, by his employee David Warren “Skippy” Malloy, who used a stun pistol on him after entering Spade’s home early in the morning. Spade said in an interview with Howard Stern that he was able to escape the 350-pound Malloy by running to his bedroom, grabbing his pistol, and defending himself by locking himself inside a toilet with the shotgun.
