All you need to know about the Keanu Reeves Movies

Keanu Reeves, a Canadian actor, was born on September 2, 1964. Reeves, who was born in Beirut as well as raised in Toronto, began performing in theatre and television prior to making his major film debut in Youngblood (1986). He made his film debut within the science fiction comedy Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989), which he then repeated inside the sequels. He received critical acclaim for his performance as just a hustler inside the indie movie My Own Private Idaho (1991), as well as he established himself as such an action star with leading parts in Point Break (1991) as well as Speed (1992).

His mother knew his dad while working in Beirut, as well as he eventually abandoned his wife and children when Reeves was three years old. When Reeves was 13, he last saw his father on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.

The couple split in 1971 after relocating to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Reeves actively participated in a Damn Yankees theatre play while he was nine years old. In 1976, Reeves’ mother married rock music promoter Robert Miller; the pair separated in 1980. Her fourth spouse, a hairdresser called Jack Bond, was her fourth husband, and they were married there till 1994.

Reeves and his sisters grew raised mostly in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood, where they were regularly cared for by a nanny. He grew raised surrounded by Chinese art, furnishings, and cuisine as a result of his grandmother’s ancestry. Reeves grew up watching British comedy shows like The Two Ronnies, and his mother instilled in him English politeness that he still practises today.

Reeves, who called himself a “private child,” went to four different high schools, along with the Etobicoke School of the Arts, where he had been expelled. Reeves said he was kicked out because he was “just a little bit boisterous and fired my mouth off once in a while… I wasn’t the most well-oiled machine in the school.”
