Ajith Kumar’s Next Move? GBU Director May Return for Explosive AK64

After the gritty success of Good Bad Ugly, Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar may soon reunite with director Adhik Ravichandran for his 64th cinematic venture — and fans are buzzing with anticipation.

According to reports, the dynamic duo is eyeing another intense narrative, this time backed by Mythri Movie Makers, marking their second Tamil collaboration after GBU. While nothing’s official yet, insiders believe Ajith is likely to begin filming after the motorsport season ends in late 2025.

Ajith, who is not only a superstar but also a racing aficionado, recently launched his own team, Ajith Kumar Racing, and even secured accolades internationally. Balancing adrenaline on the tracks with intensity on the screen, he continues to chart a unique path.

As for Good Bad Ugly, it portrayed Ajith as Red Dragon — a gangster-turned-father — and while the film received mixed reviews, it created nostalgia for his massy charm. With AK64, fans hope the fire returns bigger, bolder, and bloodier.
