New-age Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana shares his biggest regret on the occasion of the festival Guru Purnima. Read below to know about his biggest regret of meeting this legendary iconic celebrity.
Bollywood Star Ayushmann Khurrana who often portrays ordinary man battling with extraordinary situations and normalised non-commercial film stories into commercial cinema. He is definitely a trendsetter in the Bollywood Industry. The actor reveals that his biggest regret is that he didn’t get an opportunity to meet legendary Kishore Kumar and called the legendary Bollywood star an “institution”.

Ayushmann said that “Kishore Kumar is not just a legend and an icon, he is an institution. He has always been a beacon of inspiration for me, his songs have given me my biggest learnings when I decided to pursue my passion for music and I’m in awe of the legacy he has left behind, Honestly, he is, has been, and will always be my guru.”
Though Ayushmann has a huge regret. He said, “It is my single biggest regret that I didn’t get the opportunity to meet him and seek his blessings, but through his music, I’m blessed to understand his brilliance.
Talking about his upcoming projects, Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen in upcoming projects such as “Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui” directed by Abhishek Kapoor, “Anek” directed by Anubhav Sinha, and “Doctor G” directed by Anubhuti Kashyap.
In this upcoming movie, Ayushmann Khurrana will be sharing the screen space opposite the bombshell of energy, Army Brat, and the actress of the Bollywood Movie ‘De De Pyaar De’ Rakul Preet Singh. This will be the first time when both the actress will share screen space together. The concept of the movie is unique as Ayushmann will be playing the role of Dr Uday Gupta, the actress will be seen as Dr Fatima, a medical student who plays Ayushmann’s senior in the film.
