Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna, Sathyaraj, Nassar, and Subbaraju are among the ensemble cast members of the film, which was simultaneously shot in Telugu and Tamil.
It is the sequel to and serves as a precursor to Baahubali: The Beginning. The film is set in mediaeval India and chronicles Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva’s sibling rivalry; the latter plots against the former and has him slain by Kattappa. Years later, Amarendra’s son comes to seek retribution for his father’s killing.
With a worldwide total of 1,796.56 crores, The Conclusion momentarily eclipsed PK (2014) to become the highest-earning Indian film of all time, generating almost $8 billion in just six days. In just ten days, it became the first Indian film to make more than $10 billion.
