Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor work together for the first time in Bawaal.

Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor will star in the forthcoming movie ‘Bawaal’ together. The pair departed the city to start filming in Lucknow. Bawaal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is set to be shot in three Indian cities and five European nations, including Paris. The first schedule of Bawaal is currently being shot in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where the film’s’mahurat’ was held. Pinkvilla exclusively revealed last month that the couple will go to Europe at the end of May to film the film’s final schedule.

Varun Dhawan, meantime, published a photo of Janhvi Kapoor on his Instagram stories, in which the actress can be seen smiling at the camera while holding a phone. A coffee mug is also seen in the image. And it appears that the two have been sharing coffee ahead of the Bawaal shoot.

Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan were recently seen at the Mumbai airport by photographers. Varun was dressed in a grey co-ord combination that included a sweater and joggers. He completed his ensemble with a white hat and a pair of white and red sneakers. Janhvi Kapoor, on the other hand, looked absolutely stunning in all-black.

The Dhadak actress donned a black crop top with a pair of black slacks. On top of it, she wore a black fake leather jacket. Janhvi wore her hair down and accessorised her ensemble with boots as well as a purse.

For the uninitiated, this is Dhawan’s debut work with Kapoor, who is known for films like Gunjan Saxena and Dhadak. In addition to Bawaal, Dhawan will appear in Karan Johar’s JugJugg Jeeyo and Amar Kaushik’s Bhediya.

Aanand L Rai’s project will star Kapoor. Jerry, Mili, who is funded by her father Boney Kapoor, and Johar’s home production Mr and Mrs Mahi all wish you well. It’s worth noting that Bawaal is set to enter theatres on April 7th of next year.
