After Apne’s success all around filmmaker Anil Sharma recieved appreciation from critics, Bollywood celebrities and viewers. The Deol family recieved a lot of appreciation for their performances on screen and now the family seems more confident about their parts in the upcoming Apne 2. Director Anil Sharma revealed in a interview that the sequel is set to go on floor in as September and slated for the release in 2022.
Music will be composed by Himesh Reshammiya. “I had Himesh compose the music of Genius and our song, Tera Fitoor was a hit. I will reunite with him and you can expect a musical from us,” he told Pinkvilla.
The Apne 2 will be Three generations will be seen in ‘Apne 2’. Sharma said, “It’s the first time that I am making a part two and we are taking the story of this family forward with Karan being the latest addition to the cast.” It will star Sunny, Karan, Dharmendra, Bobby Deol and Shilpa Shetty Kundra. The first part was a huge success, which saw the Deols as boxers. Now, Karan- Sunny Deol’s son will also join the team.
