Wednesday began on a travel note for Ek Villain Returns stars Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria as the two jetted off to Goa to kick off the shoot for the upcoming sequel. The sequel to the 2014 film was announced a while back and the leading cast was finalised this year with Arjun’s entry with Tara, Disha Patani, and John Abraham. While Disha and John kicked off shooting for their portions in Mumbai, it appears that Tara and Arjun will be shooting theirs in Goa.
Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria have begun shooting for the second schedule of their upcoming romantic thriller Ek Villain Returns. Both Arjun and Tara were spotted at the Mumbai airport, on Wednesday, as they flew to Goa for the second schedule of their ucomig film. Ek Villian Returns is the second instalment of Mohit Suri’s 2014 film Ek Villian.
Both could be seen wearing black coloured Ek Villian Returns hoodies at the airport. The hoodies had a yellow smiley printed on it along with the name of the celebrity who was wearing it. Arjun Kapoor paired his Ek Villian Returns hoodie with a matching pair of denims, a beanie, and a scarf that doubled up as mask. Tara paired her hoodie with black shorts, matching sports shoes and black mask. The airport look of both the artists was great.
Both the actors seem to be excitedly looking forward to the shoot. The lead actors took to their Instagram Stories.. Tara shared a boomerang video and wrote, “Aye Villain! Are you ready? Let’s gooo @arjunkapoor.” While, Arjun shared a selfie and wrote, “Aye Villain, let’s do this!!!” The first schedule was shot between Disha Patani and John Abraham in Mumbai in March 2021. However, keeping in mind the rising cases of coronavirus, the makers have scouted some good and safe locations in Goa where the team is set to shoot next. It appears that Mohit Suri prefers to shoot his movies in Goa as the location for his earlier films like Malang, Aashiqui 2, and also Ek Villain happens to be Goa.
The film Ek Villain released in 2014 had Ritiesh Deshmukh, Sidharth Malhotra, and Shraddha Kapoor in the leading roles. The performance and music of the film were applauded by the viewers. Ek Villain Returns has Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles. Disha Patani and John Abraham will be seen in pivotal roles in the film. The movie is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Bhushan Kumar.
