Veteran actor Shakti Kapoor has turned a year older today, September 3. The actor is celebrating his 70th birthday today. On his special day, his daughter and actress Shraddha Kapoor took to social media and shared a striking mirror selfie with her Baapu.
Taking to Instagram, Shraddha Kapoor shared a mirror selfie in which the father-daughter duo looks perfect, twinning in black. The actress wrote, “Happiest birthday my Baapu.”
Meanwhile, Shakti Kapoor is all set to make his comeback with a Disney+Hotstar project. The actor will be seen sharing the screen space with his daughter Shraddha Kapoor for the first time. In the upcoming project, he will reprise his famous character, Crime Master Gogo from the cult classic, Andaz Apna Apna.
Sharing the excitement about the same, Shraddha Kapoor released a statement, “Ever since I was little, I have enjoyed seeing my father on screen totally in his element, adding his personal touch to characters that today have a massive cult-like following! Being on set with him is for the books. It’s so memorable to share the screen space with my father and I’m really excited to see how this unveils.”
What’s on the work front for Shraddha?
Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in Luv Ranjan’s yet-to-be-titled movie. The upcoming rom-com also stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Besides this, Shraddha also has Nyay: The Justice, Hiraasat, Raktdhar, and Nagin in her kitty.
