Shahid Kapoor is all ready to debut his flick Jersey. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the film was delayed and will now be released in a few days. Mrunal Thakur, Shahid’s leading woman, is now on a promotion frenzy. We are all aware that this film is an authentic Hindi replica of the Telugu superhit of the same name, which starred Nani. When Shahid was asked if he did put his touch to the film to make it distinct from the Telugu version in a recent interview, he said yes.

When asked about how challenging the entire process was, Shahid Kapoor stated that there are so many value adds that the cultural authenticity of the picture that you understand does not remain the same. The underlying foundation is the same; all you have to do is change the clothes, add fresh emotions, and give it a new vibe. He continued, “You have to make it original and you have to make it your’s and you have to do it with a lot of respect for the original film.”

The actor said, “It’s really tough not to let your ego get in the way and not to lose your self-respect as well.” You must do it in your own style while still ensuring that you remember all of the key details, which may be challenging at times.

Shahid Kapoor also stated that you don’t feel free and that you feel extremely responsible, stating that the first film was excellent and that you should not damage it.
