Cinema halls in India are shut due to the second wave of Coronavirus. It will take some time for the theatres to open again. It is further expected to take some time before the viewers are confident to visit cinema halls. The film industry has not been discouraged by this fact. The moviemakers are proceeding with their big-budget productions. There is a feeling that the cinema business would rebound in near future.
Shooting for the movie “Pathan” starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, began last year. The makers started filming the project with Covid 19 precautions when the cases had begun to reduce. They are ensuring that it turns out to be one of the biggest films ever in Bollywood.
As per sources, the movie “Pathan” will now be shot in three European countries. The countries in which the movie will be shot have not yet been finalized. It depends on the rules in the European Union when the unit is able to travel abroad. Additionally, producer Aditya Chopra would like all unit members to be fully vaccinated. Since vaccination is mandatory for travel to many countries, the pace of vaccination in India may delay the progress. The makers are also considering a European crew as they have completed their full dose of vaccination.
In a few weeks from now, things will be more clear. Thereafter, Yash Raj Films will decide on the three countries where the shoot will take place. The movie “Pathan” has been shot magnificently so far. Sixty percent of the shoot is complete, the producer is ensuring grandeur in the balance of forty percent work. The viewers can expect a great watch on the big screen. Besides Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, Pathan also stars Salman Khan in a special role. This aspect has significantly increased the hype for the film.
