The 50th-anniversary festivities began on January 20, 2022, in the Padi Yubbe stadium in Ziro, the same location where Indira Gandhi officially declared and proclaimed Arunachal Pradesh as a Union Territory 50 years ago. On the occasion of Arunachal Pradesh’s 36th Statehood Day on February 20, 2022, the month-long celebrations would come to a close in Itanagar. Cultural performances and speeches by celebrities and leaders will be part of the event. Sanjay Dutt, who is the brand ambassador for Arunachal Pradesh’s 50th-anniversary campaign, attended the ceremonies in Itanagar.
The Munna Bhai actor landed in Itanagar an hour ago, according to an Etimes TV report, to attend a large ceremony that will take place tonight. Sanjay may be seen arriving there at the airport inside a State-chopper within the footage. Aside from him, numerous dignitaries will attend the celebrations, notably AP CM Pema Khandu and Assembly Speaker Pasang Dorjee Sona. According to the storey, when the actor arrived, he was greeted warmly by producer Rahul Mittra, who also serves as AP’s brand advisor. Sanjay’s movie ‘Torbaaz’ was also funded by Mittra. Both gave .another a hearty hug when they first met.
Sanjay Dutt wore an all-white ensemble with fashionable sunglasses and looked really cool.
Two primary themes, ‘Celebrating Past and Nurturing Future’ and ‘Say No to Drugs,’ are believed to be part of the proceedings. Dutt is expected to speak against drug usage during the occasion.
