On Thursday, Sidharth Shukla passed away in the most terrible of circumstances. This revelation of the Bigg Boss 13 winner’s untimely death shocked not only her family but the whole entertainment world. Several celebrities from both television and Bollywood have turned to social media to share their shock at Sidharth’s death and to write emotional messages. Ranveer Singh joined them in mourning the death of the Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania actor.
The Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela actor uploaded a monochromatic snapshot of Sidharth, who looked suave in a dark coloured turtle neck t-shirt, on his Instagram storey. With a broken heart emoticon, Ranveer Singh captioned the photo. For those unfamiliar, Sidharth earned his big Bollywood debut in 2014 with the film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, which starred Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. Alia Bhatt also remembered the kind of real individual he was. She wrote, “Sid. One of the warmest, kindest and most genuine people I have worked with… always smiling and always positive! My heartfelt condolences to his family loved ones and his fans who loved him so so deeply! Rest in peace!”

Besides Ranveer Singh and Alia, other celebrities that mourned Sidharth Shukla’s death were Kareena Kapoor Khan, Patralekhaa, Karan Johar, Vicky Kaushal, Manoj Bajpayee, Malaika Arora, and others. Salman Khan, but on the other side, believes that the actor died too young. “Siddharth, you were taken from us far too soon. You will be missed. “RIP,” he tweeted, expressing his condolences to the family. To be clear, Sidharth was one of Salman’s favourite Bigg Boss 13 candidates, and the late actor had won the renowned reality show.
