Ranbir Kapoor And Alia Bhatt To Resume Filming For The Last Schedule Of ‘Brahmastra’

Actor Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to resume shooting and complete the last schedule for their most anticipated movie, ‘Brahmastra’. Due to the pandemic, the shooting was about to wrap until Ranbir Kapoor was diagnosed with covid-19. The Maharashtra government had also put a halt to the shootings.

According to the reports, the cast and crew of the film will be vaccinated and then they will jet off to Hungary for the last schedule of the movie. As per reports, the international travelling will open by the month of August, the makers of the film plan to begin filming the final schedule after August.

The movie’s lead actors Ranbir and Alia were infected with the virus, and by April the Maharashtra state government had declared a curfew.

Besides Alia and Ranbir, the magnum opus also features actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in the lead role. According to the reports, actor Shah Rukh Khan will also be making special appearances in the movie. While there are no such reports regarding his role in the film.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be sharing screen space for the first time in the movie. Both the actors have done tremendously well in their respective films with Imtiaz Ali. Earlier, they were approached for Imtiaz Ali for a film together. It would have been the first film with the two pairing opposite each other. But it seems that both the actors were not sure about the film.

On the work front, Ranbir will be also appearing in the film ‘Animal’, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga which will also feature Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Parineeti Chopra in lead roles. Whereas, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s most awaited film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, SS Rajamouli’s RRR and ‘Takht’.
