Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra features Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles. The film has been in the making for a considerable time. The movie faced multiple delays at the box office due to various reasons. The film release was scheduled for December 2020 but was on hold due to the ongoing pandemic. Now as per reports, the makers of the film are planning to release Brahmastra in Summer 22. Ayan is hoping to resume filming for the remaining portions in October or November 2021.
A lot of films were expected to be released this year but Corona Virus’s second wave changed everything. The makers of Brahmastra are now looking at a Summer 2022 release. depending on the situation then. Meanwhile, post-production work on the parts that are already filmed is going on in full.
Apart from Big B, Ranbir and Alia, Brahmastra also stars Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a cameo in the movie. Movie enthusiasts are eagerly looking forward to this fantasy-action venture.
Earlier this year, there were reports that the film might get a direct-to-digital release. However, as per the latest buzz, the movie will have a theatre release.
