President Ram Nath Kovind presented Karan Johar well with the coveted Padma Shri award at such a ceremony held there at Rashtrapati Bhavan earlier this morning. Ekta Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Adnan Sami, as well as the late SP Balasubramaniam were some of the 119 honorees.
