On the work front, Alia Bhatt has recently announced about wrapping the shooting for the upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiwadi’, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. As per reports, the team has finally managed to complete the shoot.
Alia Bhatt had recently posted a picture from the sets and wrote about the difficult times they had to face. She wrote, “We started shooting Gangubai on the 8th of December 2019 .. and we wrapped the film now 2 years later! This film and the set have been through two lockdowns.. two cyclones.. director and actor getting covid during the making!!! the troubles the set has faced is another film altogether! But through all that and more.. what I take away is the gigantic life-changing experience!” Besides Gangubai, Alia Bhatt will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming sci-fi film ‘Brahmastra’ starring Ranbir Kapoor. The film will also have Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy.
