Monday Motivation: Shilpa Shetty starts her week off right with a kickboxing workout.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra is a Bollywood actress who is recognised for being a fitness icon. She is frequently seen promoting a healthy lifestyle and giving her supporters huge fitness objectives. Shilpa, who is quite active on social media, is frequently seen posting stunning training videos on her Instagram account, which acts as a big source of encouragement for her followers. Now, the Hungama 2 actress is back in the news and has made it to the Monday Motivation section after sharing a new video of herself in the gym.

Shilpa was seen in the video wearing black gym gear for her cardio kickboxing workout. In the 29-second video, she was seen doing different exercises that were ideal for a strong adrenaline surge. Shilpa wrote in the caption, “This snippet from my Cardio Kickboxing session displays a combination of Squat with a Back Kick. It’s a powerful combo because it hits the glutes & legs really hard, and helps condition the heart & lungs. Perfect KICKstart into the new week after a long weekend. Do try it out!”

In the meantime, Shilpa is now working on Sonal Joshi’s film Sukhee. She’s also making headlines for her film Nikamma, which stars Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirey Setia and will be released on June 17 this year. Doctor G, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh, will compete for box office attention.
