Recently she posted a reel video on the social media platform Instagram where it can be seen that she’s sweating it out by performing hardcore exercises and practicing strength training. In the video, Malaika is walking on the treadmill, doing leg raises, side to side jumps, squats, and ending it with yoga mudra. Through the video actress wants people to head towards the link in her bio and register themselves for a live workout session in which Malaika will work out with her fans and followers.
Due to the adverse effect of the Covid-19 in the entire country. The fitness is gone for a toss for many, where gyms and gardens were completely shut. Despite that Malaika Arora has been spotted taking a walk or jogging near her apartment roads. Her routine to maintain herself is truly commendable and acknowledgeable.
