Timeless Diva Madhuri Dixit is gearing up for making her digital debut soon. The actress is going to star in a family drama series. The actress will be making her OTT debut with the drama series titled Finding Anamika. The Netflix series will feature Madhuri Dixit playing the character of a global superstar. The superstar is also a wife and mother who suddenly disappears.
The series is produced by Dharmatic Entertainment and directed by Karishma Kohli and Bejoy Nambiar. The show is being shot currently and will premiere later this year.
Apart from Anamika, reportedly Madhuri Dixit has also signed another OTT project. The feature film is a family drama ‘Mere Paas Maa Hai’.The film is named after the famous Shashi Kapoor dialogue from the film “Deewar”. ‘Mere Paas Maa Hai’ will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
The film ‘Mere Paas Maa Hai’ is being helmed by Anand Tiwari. Anand has also directed last year’s acclaimed Amazon Prime series, Bandish Bandits. The film is being produced by Anand and Amritpal Singh Bindra of Still & Still Media Collective. ‘Mere Paas Ma Hai’ is expected to go on floors in the next couple of months.
