Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor had appeared together in the super hit movie, ‘Kabir Singh’. The romantic drama film which is a remake of the Telugu film, Arjun Reddy completed over 2 years today. Kiara Advani who played the role in the film recently took to her social media and mentioned that June is her lucky month.
Kiara Advani shared a throwback picture of the film. The actress wrote, “June will always be the most special month for me! To the film that changed our lives. Major Missing. #2yearsofKabir Singh @shahidkapoor @sandeepreddy.vanga @muradakkhetani,”

The superhit film Kabir Singh gained huge numbers at the box office. The movie crossed Rs 100 crore mark at the box office. The song album of Kabir Singh has managed to break all music records. Sandeep Reddy Vanga had helmed Kabir Singh which is a remake of the popular Telugu film Arjun Reddy that starred Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey. Fans condemned Shahid’s role in the movie, stating that the film glorifies misogyny and toxic masculinity. In the movie, Shahid portrayed the role of a surgeon who spirals into self-destruction when his girlfriend, Preeti ties the knot with someone else.
The movie ‘Kabir Singh’ is Kiara’s one of the hit movies. The movie was released on June 15, 2018 creating an uproar across quarters with her bold and outstanding performance that proved to be a turning point in the actress life.
On the work front, Kiara is currently gearing up for the release of the upcoming film, Shershaah, post which the actor will be seen in Bhool Bhulaiya 2, Jug Jugg Jeeyo and Shashank Khaitan’s untitled next.
