Kartik Aaryan has emerged as one of the most gifted and promising performers of recent years. Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Dhamaka, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Love Aaj Kal, Pati Patni Aur Woh, and more films have showcased his talent. And now, he’s getting ready to release his much-anticipated Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 on the big screen. Kartik is a Gwalior native who moved to Mumbai to pursue his dream of being an actor. Kartik recently featured in a YouTube video by famed comedian Tanmay Bhat.

When asked if he had any difficulties persuading his family that he wanted to pursue acting, Kartik stated that he had never informed his parents about his ambition and offered an example.

He claimed to have passed DY Patil’s admission test and had come to Mumbai to study. He was, nonetheless, doing auditions here and there. He then aced the audition for Luv Ranjan’s Pyar Ka Punchama and subsequently revealed to his parents that he had gone to Mumbai to pursue his dream of being an actor. Kartik also stated, “Next day, my mother and mausi reached Luv Ranjan sir’s office. The laptop, which Luv Ranjan sir had my audition tape, was opened and it has my romantic scene, which was filmed for the audition purpose and suddenly, my mother and mausi were watching it.” He then told that they were in shock. “They were like where are we sitting, we sent him to study and what he is doing now.”

In addition to Kiara Advani and Tabu, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a horror comedy starring Kiara Advani and Tabu. Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Amar Upadhyay, Milind Gunaji, and Rajesh Kumar also play important parts inside the movie. The movie was directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by T-Series and Cine 1 Studios’ Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Anjum Khetani, and Krishan Kumar. It’s a standalone sequel to Priyadarshan’s 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa, starring Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja, and Vidya Balan. On May 20, 2022, the film will be released in theatres.
