The wedding of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, which has been the buzz of the town for quite some time, is finally taking place. This week in Mumbai, the couple will have a traditional wedding. In reality, the couple’s pre-wedding celebrations started today. A puja ceremony was held first, followed by a Mehendi ceremony, which was attended by intimate friends and family. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor, Ranbir’s cousins, were also present at the event.
The Kapoor sisters have returned from the ceremony, and they are smiling with joy. In fact, Bebo looked lovely in a shimmering lehenga with pink and blue accents. As she exited her car after the Mehendi ceremony, the Laal Singh Chaddha actress was photographed as she approached her building. Kareena was seen spinning as she posed for the paparazzi in the footage. Karisma, on the other hand, made a point of posing for the photographers.
In the meantime, Neetu Kapoor just informed that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be taking the plunge tomorrow at the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor’s home. Following the usual wedding, the newlyweds will have a lavish celebration for their industry pals. According to the rumours, Ranbir and Alia would take a week off after their wedding. Meanwhile, Ranbir and Alia will be seen onscreen together for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s forthcoming film Brahmastra, which is set to hit theatres on September 9th.
