Karan Johar hinted at some new beginnings on his Instagram account yesterday. His message was all about presenting three new Dharma family members, and fans have been guessing who these three members will be ever since. As promised, KJo came to his Instagram account at 10 a.m. today to reveal the three new actors. Karan posted posters for Shashank Kahitaan’s forthcoming film Bedhadak, which stars Lakshya, Shanaya Kapoor, and Gurfateh. Bollywood Society previously announced that these three rookies would make their Hollywood debut with a romantic comedy.
Karan Johar initially published a poster of Lakshya looking gorgeous in the first poster of Bedhadak on his Instagram account. “Looks that will melt your heart just as effortlessly as his grin,” KJo wrote of his initial glimpse. In #Bedhadak, we have @itslakshya as Karan. Shashank Khaitan, the maestro of emotions, is in charge of the direction!” Then he presented Shanaya Kapoor, who, on the poster, is really lovely. “Introducing the lovely @shanayakapoor02 as Nimrit in #Bedhadak,” KJo posted with her first glance. I can’t wait to see the enthusiasm she brings to the screen!” “An enticing force to be reckoned with!” Last but not least, Gurfateh Pirzada is introduced by KJo.
According to a source close to the movie Bedhadak, it is indeed a rom-com love triangle, as we previously reported. Last year, the trio attended many acting courses, with the original plan being to start shooting the film in July 2021. The second wave of the epidemic, however, had caused all of the preparations to be postponed. However, the movie’s first trailer has sparked a lot of interest.
