Kangana Ranaut gives her advise to all COVID 19 patients

Kangana Ranaut is among the few celebrities who aren’t afraid to voice her thoughts. The Thalaivii actress has also spoken out over the topic of COVID 19, and so now, after battling the virus, Kangana has opened up about what one have to do in a recent message. Kangana Ranaut contracted the illness a few months back and also was quarantined at home for a few days. Finally, the Dhaakad actress has offered some advice to anyone coping with challenges related to COVID 19.

Kangana sent a letter on her Instagram account, urging everyone to care of their bodies after recuperating from COVID 19.

She stated that it is possible that one will not realise what troubles they have post-COVID until they have been tested at work as well as other locations. “All some have had covid or the vaccine, please check their vitamin d3 and b12 levels, start these supplements anyway, also concentrate on strengthening the body as well as organs….through yoga, daily walk or any other exercise routine because you do, adding meditation or pranayam to it…” Kangana wrote.

However, Kangana Ranaut has been in news recently because she has been busy filming Tiku Weds Sheru alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui, her first production film.

Avneet Kaur will make her Bollywood debut inside the movie, which is Kangana’s maiden production through Manikarnika Films. Kangana Ranaut will also be seen in Tejas and Dhaakad. In Dhaakad, she would play Agent Agni, who’ll be pitted against Arjun Rampal. Razneesh Ghai is the director. In Tejas, but at the other hand, she will play a fighter pilot with the Indian Air Force.
