Janhvi Kapoor and her buddy Orhan Awatramani are now in Ooty. The Dhadak actress has reunited with her sister Khushi Kapoor, who is presently filming Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, her Bollywood debut. According to reports, Khushi would play Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Cooper, a character based on Elizabeth ‘Betty’ Cooper from the comic book. The star youngster has also received a makeover for the part, with her hair dyed a gleaming copper colour and short bangs.
Janhvi released a fresh film from her Tamil Nadu holiday on her Instagram account earlier today, which also includes her cuddling tiny sister ahead of her big debut. Khushi covers her face while Janhvi is seen facing the camera. It also includes footage of her jogging on the bridge, cycling, and zip-lining with her companion Orhan. The actress seemed to be making the most of her vacation. Janhvi labelled the video “Ooty diaries” when she shared it on social media. As It Was, a song by Harry Styles, may be heard in the background.
Meanwhile, producer Reema Kagti used to her own Instagram account today to share a photo from the set of The Archies, announcing that filming had commenced. “Archie’s shoot starts, Tiger Baby’s first solo production #partnerincrime @zoieakhtar @Netflix,” she wrote. Along with Khushi, the film also stars Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda. However, the cast has yet to be disclosed by the producers. The trio was previously photographed on the set of the film in March, purportedly for a costume trial.
Janhvi’s reaction to her younger sister’s debut film going into production. On her Instagram stories, Zoya Akhtar added innocent eyes and a happy face with hearts emoji to Zoya Akhtar’s post. On the other hand, the actress has a number of intriguing projects in the works. She will soon be seen in Rajkummar and Bawaal’s Mili, Goodluck Jerry, Mr & Mrs Mahi.
