In the late 1980s, Shah Rukh Khan began his acting career by appearing in a number of television shows. After acting in movies like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Mohabbatein (2000), and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…, he catapulted to stardom (2001).
Whenever it comes to humour, charm, talent, as well as charisma, he’s a legend. He’s a global brand unlike any other. A superb actor, a successful producer, a sporting force to be reckoned with, as well as a dedicated family guy… SRK encapsulates all or most of the universe’s greatest qualities.
Many performers come and then go, yet this guy retains his ‘King Khan’ moniker and enjoys worldwide popularity. Despite not getting a movie history, he is one of Hindi cinema’s A-listers.
In reality, the majority of his recent movies have been box office flops. Sumit claims that because SRK spent too much money on these flicks, they were a disaster despite good box office receipts. Fan was shot on a budget of roughly Rs 90 crore, whereas Zero was made on a budget of Rs 150 crore, according to him.
And, as is customary for the actor during an AMA, the first question he was asked was about his next film. SRK last appeared in the film Zero in 2018, following which he took a long break. He is now working on Pathan, a film produced by Yash Raj Films and starring John Abraham and Deepika Padukone.
Before becoming Bollywood’s ‘Badshah of Romance,’ Shah Rukh Khan hailed from a humble family. He couldn’t pay his 12th-grade fees, so he looked for government universities for higher study, and luck was on his side.
