In her most recent post, Shilpa Shetty emphasises the significance of exercise

Shilpa Shetty is making the most of her time in Punjab these days. Shilpa had announced her next film, Sukhee, last month, and had travelled to Patiala to begin production immediately after. She now gives Sukhee BTS to her admirers on a daily basis. She shared a video today in which she can be seen working out in the midst of her hectic filming schedule. She also stressed the significance of remaining in shape no matter what you do.

Shilpa was seen at her residence, dressed beautifully in a kurti, performing some religious exercises. She also sent an enlightening note with the video, in which she discussed some of the exercises she did. She also included an interesting message with the video, in which she discussed some of the exercises she did and how beneficial they are. Shilpa finished her caption on a lighthearted and inspiring note. She penned, “A day packed with commitments should never deter us from sparing some time for fitness. In the midst of a 14-hour shift, I try my best to make the most of my time in between shots. So, I squeezed in some reps of the Free Squats, a few stretches, and Natrajasana (before I was called in, of course). Practicing the Natrajasana strengthens the shoulder, back, arms, and legs. It regulates the digestive system; and is great for stretching the body including hands, thighs, legs, waist, & abdomen. The Free Squats help in strengthening the lower body musculature; strengthens quadriceps, glutes, lower back, & abdominals. Moreover, it also helps in strengthening the muscles, tendons, & ligaments; while improving mobility in the hip, knee, and ankle joint.”

“I’ve had to get back to work now,” she said, “but be sure you squeeze in some time for your health and fitness today, even if it just means focusing on your breath for 10 minutes, my InstaFam!” “Swasth raho, mast raho!” exclaims the narrator.
