Sanjay Leela Bhansali has approached Hrithik Roshan for Inshallah, which was earlier made with Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt. While Salman Khan opted out of the project for some reason, it is said that Hrithik Roshan has liked the story of the film and might sign the project.
As per the reports, the makers of the film is all set to restart Inshallah with Hrithik Roshan and Alia Bhatt. The story of the film reveals a love story between a young girl and a much older guy.
A source shared, “SLB wants to make Inshallah now. On one hand, he’s planning Heera Mandi as a big web series now and on the other, he wants to mount a film like Inshallah before Baiju Bawra because it’s more modern and has a contemporary take on love. In fact, it’s a story of mature romance brewing between a young girl and a much older guy. That’s why Salman and Alia fit the part. Then, he planned to make it with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. But they are doing two back-to-back films and he doesn’t want his film to suffer.”
The film, ‘Inshallah’ was co-produced between Salman and Bhansali’s banners, would have marked the director actor duo’s first collaboration.
Alia Bhatt will be seen in her upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi which is now dubbed and released in Telugu alongside its original Hindi version. The movie also features cameo appearances from actors Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi. Talking about Hrithik Roshan’s Vikram Vedha’s remake, the film will be helmed by the original director duo of Pushkar and Gayathri and is expected to be one of the best project for the actor. On the other hand, Hrithik has also announced Fighter on his birthday a few days, directed by War and Bang Bang helmer Siddharth Anand and Deepika Padukone.
