Arshad Warsi stated in an interview with Indian Express how vital it is for him to know who the movie’s lead actor is. Sanjay Dutt was indeed the sole reason he gave yes to Munna Bhai, he claimed. He said that even Rajkumar Hirani recognised the part as a joke and that it was nothing more than a piece of paper. In reality, the actor went on to say that Circuit had been turned down by Makarand Deshpande. Arshad stated that he listens to any screenplay just as a member of the audience and that it should be something that the audience would like to see, regardless of genre.
Meanwhile, Arshad Warsi is preparing for the release of Bachchhan Paandey, his next film.
