Shahid Kapoor has recently been quite active on social media. The actor from Udta Punjab is all ready to unleash his long-awaited sports drama Jersey. Due to the pandemic, the release of Gowtam Tinnanuri’s film has been repeatedly postponed. However, it will be released in theatres on April 14th. Shahid used the’stories’ function on his Instagram page last night to share a beautiful mirror selfie. The actor is dressed in a striped suit and a grey tee shirt in the photo. Shahid, unsurprisingly, nailed his selfie game. According to his description, the actor enjoyed how the shot turned out as well. He wrote in his caption, “Hey there…between shots never miss a moment to take a mirror selfie #Selflove”.
When it comes to the movie, Jersey is a Hindi remake of the Telugu film of the same name. Shahid will play the part of Arjun, an unsuccessful cricketer who returns to the sport in order to please his son. Mrunal Thakur, a seasoned actor, and Shahid’s father, Pankaj Kapur, also appear in the movie. Along with Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, and Regina Cassandra, Shahid Kapoor has Raj and DK’s online series. It will be the actor’s first foray into the digital realm.
