Ayushmann Khurrana on portraying an undercover officer in Anek: It gave me the chance to do something I hadn’t done before

Ayushmann Khurrana is a well-known actor who is well-known for his outstanding playing abilities. The Bala actor recently opened up about his character in Anek, revealing that he will play an undercover officer in the film.

Ayushmann remarked this is the first time he has played a part like Joshua on screen as well as that he has been really eager to play Joshua in Anek. “Joshua in Anek is street smart and intelligent. He knows his way around people and can fight bad guys not only in a physical capacity but also with his great intellect,” he added. Joshua also forced Ayushmann to perform things he had never done before, according to Ayushmann. In addition, the Vicky Donor actor discussed his preparation for such character of Joshua, revealing that he’d have to work hard on both his physical and cerebral abilities.

“Right from his observation skills to his ability to combat the enemy, the character’s journey keeps one intrigued and gripped throughout. Also, the action sequences had to look real and raw to fit into the world of Anek and to portray what Anubhav had envisioned, I was inscribed with the right amount of guidance and training,” Ayushmann was quoted saying.

However, Anubhav can’t stop complimenting Ayushmann for his ability to immerse himself inside the part of Joshua, claiming that no one could have done it better.

For those unfamiliar with the film, Anek is a political action thriller set in North East India. The film will be released on May 27, 2022.
