The approaching wedding of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor has created quite a stir in the entertainment industry. The lovebirds are planning to tie the wedding next week after dating for around four years. The celebrations for the wedding will begin on April 13th. Fans can’t wait to see them in their bridal and groom costumes after hearing this fantastic news. Now is the ideal opportunity to reminisce about Alia’s first encounter with her ‘crush,’ Ranbir, when she was just 11 years old!
Did you know Alia met her boyfriend while assisting filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali on the movie Black? The two were set to star inside an SLB movie named Balika Vadhu, but it was cancelled. Alia recalled her first encounter with him through the promotion of her 2014 picture Highway, as well as claimed she felt very shy. “When I met Ranbir for the first time, I was 12 years old. He was assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and I had to do a photoshoot with him. And I was so shy that I had to keep my head on his shoulder and I could not do it. Bhansali sir was saying I was flirting with Ranbir,” Alia revealed.
In May 2018, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor made thier first public appearance together at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding. They met on the set of their much-anticipated forthcoming movie Brahmastra and fell in love. The lovebirds will become husband and wife in a few days when they marry just on morning of April 16th at the Rockstar actor’s mansion Vaastu in Bandra, Mumbai.
