Alia Bhatt made a lot of noise after she was cast in Gal Gadot’s film Heart of Stone. Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania will make his big Hollywood debut in this film, which will also include Jamie Dornan in a significant role. In reality, Alia had gone to London early this month to film this much-discussed project, and she had even asked for good wishes for her new adventure. Alia Bhatt posted a photo of a dish of daal chawal on her Instagram account. Yes! In London, the Student of the Year actress is eating daal chawal, which she adores. Alia captioned the photo, “ Nothing like dal chawal! NOTHING”.

Alia Bhatt clearly misses the desi khana and didn’t miss out on an opportunity to binge-watch it while filming Heart of Stone in Hollywood.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt has a number of exciting projects in the works in Bollywood. The actress is set to star with Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy in Ayan Mukerji’s much-anticipated fantasy drama Brahmastra. It’s worth noting that this will be Alia’s first film debut alongside her husband, Ranbir Kapoor. This year’s Brahmastra is set to be released on September 9th. Apart from that, Alia is now working on Karan Johar’s directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which will be released on February 10 next year and stars Ranveer Singh.
