Akshaye Khanna, Raveena Tandon roped in for Vijay Gutte’s web series ‘Legacy’

There is going to be an optical indulgence for OTT viewers in the near future.  Akshaye Khanna and Raveena Tandon have been roped in to play rivals in Vijay Gutte’s  “Legacy”.   The web-series is being targeted at Global audience.  The thriller series would be shot across  multiple nations.

Vijay Gatte, The director of “Legacy” is known for his critically applauded “The Accidental Prime Minister”.   The web series “Legacy” is the maiden venture of Gatte on the OTT platform.  Akshaye  Khanna is looking forward to his second alliance with Vijay Gatte.  Akshaye said “, “It is refreshing to work on the content that challenges our boundaries as an industry as a whole. Given the massive scale of the show, we are cognizant of the immense responsibility to deliver our bests to create a content piece the audience looks forward to. I’m glad legacy is going to be my first web series”.

Raveena Tandon also expressed her enthusiasm by saying “Legacy presents an interesting tale of power struggle with an entertaining amount of drama, which grasped my attention. It is a fine work of content articulated interestingly to resonate with a global audience. I am excited to be associated with the show and looking forward to begin this journey.”

Vijay Gutte has more reasons to be excited about “Legacy”.  First and foremost the web series is an inspirational project.  The OTT will portray dark realities of the professional world.  The director is very happy about his reunion with Akshaye Khanna.  He is further delighted to have Raveena Tandon in the role of Akshaye’s rival.  He expects the rivalry between his lead characters to be epic with this combination.
