Akshay Kumar‘s mom, Aruna Bhatia left for heavenly abode yesterday (September 8). Though he is going through a tough time, his fans are imparting strength to him through their heartwarming messages on social media on his 54th birthday.
A fan prayed for the actor’s health. He wrote, “I know the situation but plz accept my simple wish.. @akshaykumar sir stay healthy and keep smiling… #HappyBirthdayAkshayKumar.”
Another fan asked Khiladi Kumar to stay strong and shared his pictures. He wrote, “Happy Birthday @akshaykumar stay strong.”
Calling Akshay an inspiration, one of the fans wrote, “Happy Birthday to a superstar who is an inspiration to millions for his discipline and fitness. King of versatility. @akshaykumar Stay strong & take care of yourself! We Love You 3000.”

Akshay Kumar on mother’s death
Aruna Bhatia breathed her last on Wednesday (September 8). She was admitted to Mumbai’s Hiranandani Hospital on Friday (September 3) and was in critical condition. Akshay shared the news of his mother’s demise on social media and wrote, “She was my core. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti.”
