When Vikram finds Raj staring at Sonia, he casually mentions wife swapping, which irritates Raj and leads to a confrontation between the two men. Eventually, they reconcile their differences and re-establish friendship after a few days. Vikram’s birthday is celebrated by the two guys getting drunk together and exchanging bottles of booze. Vikram asks if he may be Raj for one night and tells Raj to do the same, which Raj refuses, yet the two men nonetheless find themselves at opposing residences.

Raj discovers he is in Vicky’s place the next day when he wakes up to see a lady in bed. He envisions Vicky was able to entice and persuade Priya to go forward with his wife swap after chatting to her about last night. Sonia is found dead after some time, and Raj is charged with her murder since his fingerprints were found on the murder weapon, an alcohol bottle. Raj manages to flee the courtroom and is pursued by Swiss police as he tries to establish his innocence. He meets Priya, who gradually believes in his innocence and assists him in uncovering the truth. He decides to investigate Vikram’s home but is halted by Vikram, who phones the cops and then explains that everything was pre-planned. Raj and Priya flee in Vikram’s automobile.

Raj discovers Sonia Bajaj’s boarding card, which shows that she landed in Zurich on December 29th – nevertheless, Sonia was allegedly murdered the same night. Raj believes she is the woman he saw with Vikram on their way to Geneva. In Geneva, Raj meets with an insurance official who is seeking to discover proof that Vikram was involved in his wife’s death so that he may collect her $100 million life insurance claim. Raj tracks Vikram down to a cruise ship with the help of the insurance agent. He sees Vikram dancing with a woman who turns out to be ‘Sonia,’ who is still alive and very well.

Raj confronts Vikram, who ultimately reveals the complete ruse: the lady he kissed in Mauritius was his real wife Sonia Bajaj (Mink Brar), whereas the woman he introduced Priya and Raj to in Switzerland was his lover Neeta. Vikram, a poor musician, married Sonia, an affluent and gorgeous woman, and persuaded her to take out a $100 million insurance policy on herself. He and Neeta then devised a scheme to assassinate Sonia in order to collect the money.

Vikram brags about pinning Raj’s murder on him. Raj, on the other hand, leads Vikram to a computer where he shows him his empty bank account. Raj claims he guessed the password, “Everything is planned,” which Vikram was fond of saying, and used that to return the money to the insurance company. Raj further says that Vikram’s whole conversation was taped. A battle breaks out between the two, and Neeta is killed in the process. Vikram becomes enraged after losing Neeta and kills the insurance official. He pursues Priya with the intent of murdering her, but Raj kills Vikram by impaling him with an anchor from the cruise ship. In the end, Raj and Priya return to India.
