Aamir Khan responds to the popularity of ‘The Kashmir Files,’ expressing his delight. Everyone is talking about The Kashmir Files, from the public to the critics, politicians to Bollywood celebs. The film, which was made on a shoestring budget, has grossed over 100 crores at the box office and has wreaked havoc. The film, directed by Vivek Agnihotri, has received acclaim and praise from critics throughout the country for its substance. Aamir Khan, the Bollywood perfectionist, has now joined the list of admirers of the film and has given his thoughts on it.
On Sunday, Aamir attended the ‘RRR’ press conference in Delhi with Alia Bhatt, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan. During the promotions, Aamir was asked about his thoughts on the Kashmir Files, to which he replied that he is overjoyed to learn of the film’s success.
Anupam Kher has previously stated in one of his interviews that he would want to hear Aamir’s thoughts on the movie. When told about just the movie by a journalist, Aamir stated he would see it because it is a part of Indian history that crushes our hearts. He said, “Jo Kashmir me Kashmiri Panditon ke sath hua hai, vo yakeenan bade dukh ki baat hai.”
In addition, the PK actor stated that every Indian should watch the film in order to remember the horror. According to reports, he said, “Aur aisi ek film jo bani hai us topic par, vo yakinan har Hindustani ko dekhna chahye aur har Hindustani ko yaad karna chahye ki jab ek insaan par atyachar hota hai… toh vo kya feel karta hai”.
He went on to say that the movie has touched the hearts of all those who believe in mankind, and that it is beautiful. “And I am so happy that the film is successful. This was a sad time in India and I think people should look at it carefully and remember,” he concluded.
