Recently the poster of Rumi Jaffrey directed film “Chehre” was released. The poster is having images of the entire star cast of the movie. The movie is having Amitabh Bachchan & Emran Hashmi in the leading roles. The promotional of the movie is having glimpses of featured Amitabh Bachchan, Emran Hashmi, Annu Kapoor, Krystle D’souza, Raghubir Yadav and Dhritiman Chatterjee Rhea is completely missing in all the promotional campaigns. This has left people wondering whether Rhea has not been included in the cast of the movie.
Sushant Singh Rajput has left behind some noteworthy films for the admirers to remember his great acting skills. The actor was scheduled to do a romantic comedy by Rumi Jafery. In the movie, his leading lady was his alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakravarty. Rumi Jaffery of Coolie No.1, God tussi Great ho fame had intended to feature Sushant’s dancing skills. As revealed by Rumi, Sushant was a great admirer of Shah Rukh’s acting and Govinda’s dance moves. Before starting his career in Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput was part of Shaimak Davar’s Dance Group. An enthusiastic entertainer, Sushant was gearing up for many more films.
The director, Rumi Jaffery also confirmed that the script was written with Sushant’s personality in mind. The production of the film was to start in May, 2019 with Sushant and Rhea in the lead roles. Consequent to nationwide lockdown, the production was not initiated as per schedule. Sushant was reportedly very eager to start rehearsal and training sessions for the film. Based on Govinda Style moves, a complete dance number was planned for the “Muhurat” of the movie. Since destiny had other plans, Sushant could not be part of the movie.
Post Rhea’s absence in the promotions of “Chehre”, social media enthusiasts are wondering whether the movie will see the daylight.
