Nithin Kumar Reddy (born March 30, 1983), better known by his stage name Nithiin, is indeed an Indian actor and producer who mostly specializes in Telugu films. Niithin has received one Filmfare Award as well as two Filmfare Award nominations for Best Actor – Telugu for his performance.
Nithiin debuted as an actor inside the romantic action flick Jayam in 2002. (2002). For his performance, he received the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South. Following that, Nithiin starred inside the films Dil (2003), Sri Anjaneyam (2004), and Sye (2004). After just a string of box office disappointments, Nithiin found success with the romantic flick Ishq (2012).
Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde (2013), Heart Attack (2014), A Aa (2016), Bheeshma (2020), and Rang De are along with his other popular flicks (2021).
Nithiin founded Shresht Movies, his own film production company, in 2013. Nithiin is a Telangana-based brand ambassador for the Swachh Bharat initiative.
Sudhakar as well as Laxmi Reddy, movie distributors, gave birth to Nithin Kumar Reddy. Nikitha Reddy, his older sister, is his only sibling. He attended Geetanjali School in Begumpet, Ratna Junior College for his intermediate schooling, and Shadan College of Engineering and Technology in Gandipet for his graduation.
Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde as well as Chinnadana Nee Kosam were both produced by his father when he became a producer. Nithin’s name includes an additional I in it and is spelled Nithiin.
Nithiin got engaged to his sweetheart Shalini Kandukuri in 2020. They wedded on July 26 at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. The wedding was supposed to take place on April 16th of that year in Dubai, but it has been postponed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic-related lockdown restrictions.
Check (2021), featuring Rakul Preet Singh as well as Priya Prakash Varrier, was Nithiin’s first collaboration with filmmaker Chandra Sekhar Yeleti. Rang De, helmed by Venky Atluri and starring Keerthy Suresh, was his second release of the year. The black comedic criminal thriller Maestro, that received a direct-to-streaming debut on Disney+ Hotstar on September 17, 2021, was his third release of the year. He portrayed a pianist with in movie, and critics praised his performance. He started filming on his next movie, Macherla Niyojakavargam, in September 2021.
