As actress Sakshi Tanwar has worked very hard to be where she is right now in her career and with her upcoming film collaboration with National Award-winning actor Manoj Bajpayee in ‘Dial 100’. Read below why does she feels fortunate to work with Manoj Bajpayee.
After acting in Ekta Kapoor’s serial opera Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Sakshi Tanwar became a well-known face. She had always aspired to be an actor and began acting in plays while still in college. With Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat, Mission Over Mars, and The Final Call, she never looked back after her television debut. In the sports biography Dangal, Sakshi gave an outstanding performance alongside Aamir Khan. Prithviraj, directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, and Rensil D’Silva’s Dial 100, in which she will star alongside Manoj Bajpayee and Neena Gupta, respectively.
Sakshi Tanwar considers herself fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Manoj Bajpayee, as she had performed in a play directed by him while studying at Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi. Dial 100 made her excited and emotional at the same time since she had a dream to work opposite him after she becomes an actress. The actress has no regrets about waiting 30 years to work with him, but she considers herself fortunate to have landed a role with him. Sakshi was taken aback when she initially met her first director as a film actress rather than a student of his play.
In Dial 100, the 48-year-old actress will play Manoj Bajpayee’s wife. She also discussed her close friendship with her co-star Neena Gupta, whom she described as warm and laid-back. After the epidemic, the actress is eager to return to work, and she believes that Dial 100 will help her achieve her many goals. Rensil D’Silva directs and Sony Pictures Films India produces Dial 100, a thriller drama film. Manoj Bajpayee, Neena Gupta, and Sakshi Tanwar play significant parts in the film. The film is slated to premiere on ZEE5 on August 6, 2021.
