Ann, Joan, Bill, and Susie Cusack are his four siblings. Ann and Joan, his sisters, are also performers. Cusack went to Evanston Township High School, wherein he met his buddy Jeremy Piven, who went on to become an actor and is most known for his role on the TV show “Entourage”.

Cusack was honoured with a star upon that Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6644 Hollywood Boulevard in 2012.
