Deepika Padukone recently announced the introduction of ‘Frontline Assist,’ a mental health support programme for frontline workers affected by the epidemic, through her mental health charity, LiveLoveLaugh and ‘The Deepika Padukone Closet.’
The worldwide celebrity has now revealed that the second drop will be available starting today at www.DeepikaPadukone.com/Closet, where fans may score some rare treasures while helping our frontline soldiers.
Posting the news announcement with her fans, the actress shared, “#TheDeepikaPadukoneCloset. The second edition of “Frontline Assist” is here! We are proud to direct proceeds from “The Deepika Padukone Closet” towards the mental health support of our country’s real heroes through our partnership with Sangath. With Raksha Bandhan approaching, the current collection includes some appropriate ethnic attire for rakhi celebrations and pieces that would make excellent presents! There are various designs to select from, including heirloom-worthy purses and casual basics, as well as contemporary co-ord sets.
Furthermore, pre-owned rather than new saves over 1.2 lakh gallons of water and as much carbon as driving an ordinary car for over 2060 kilometres.
Her previous closet revisions have always gotten rave reviews, with items selling out in minutes. The most excellent aspect is the amount of mental health support that these initiatives are generating.
Since the lockdown has been lifted, Deepika has been juggling two films at the same time. She had just concluded one schedule of Pathan and was also shooting for Shakun Batra’s untitled next. She also has Nag Ashwin’s next project starring Prabhas, The Intern remake, Mahabharata, ’83, and Fighter in the works, in addition to Pathan and Shakun Batra’s next.
