Tiger Shroff sells Mumbai’s Khar apartment for ₹9 crore
Tiger Shroff has sold his ninth-floor Khar West apartment for ₹9 crore. The October 22 deal is the latest in a string of Mumbai and Pune property exits.

Tiger Shroff has sold his ninth-floor apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for ₹9 crore, according to property registration documents shared by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix. The transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, the latest in a string of high-value property exits by the actor.
Shroff, son of Jackie Shroff and a Bollywood action star since Heropanti, has been quietly reshuffling his residential holdings across Mumbai and Pune.
Inside the Khar deal
The unit sits in Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society. It has a carpet area of 1,291.14 sq ft and an exclusive area of 95.80 sq ft, and includes two covered car parking spaces. The deal was registered at approximately ₹64,891 per sq ft, with stamp duty of ₹54 lakh, according to the documents.
Shroff had purchased the apartment from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for ₹7.61 crore. He took possession on November 30, 2019. He could not be reached for comment on the latest sale.
A portfolio of exits
This is not the first unit the actor has sold in Rustomjee Paramount. Around a year earlier, he sold a 22nd-floor apartment in the same project for ₹15.6 crore. Square Yards, which reviewed those documents, said that sale earned him a gain of nearly 31% over his 2018 purchase price of ₹11.62 crore. The larger apartment had a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq ft and three parking spaces.
Earlier in 2026, Shroff sold a residence in Pune’s Hadapsar for ₹8.87 crore. He had bought the 4,249 sq ft Yoo Pune apartment, developed by Panchshil Realty, in March 2024 for ₹7.5 crore, translating into a gross return on investment of 18.3%.
- Khar West, ninth floor: sold for ₹9 crore, registered October 22, 2026.
- Rustomjee Paramount, 22nd floor: sold a year earlier for ₹15.6 crore, nearly 31% gain.
- Pune, Hadapsar: sold in March 2026 for ₹8.87 crore, 18.3% gross ROI.
Why the sale matters
For fans and property watchers, the deals offer a glimpse into a star’s real estate strategy: buying in premium addresses, holding for several years, and exiting when the price per square foot works. Rustomjee Paramount, spread across 1.65 acres, offers two- to five-bedroom apartments, making it a benchmark for Khar West resale values. By contrast, his Pune sale in March was registered at approximately ₹20,891 per sq ft, showing the wide gap between Mumbai and Pune luxury pricing.
The latest registration also comes days after the October 18 Juhu firing incident in which two men allegedly opened fire at Shroff’s car. The actor escaped relatively unhurt; his driver and a bystander were injured. The property documents do not comment on any connection, and Shroff has not spoken publicly about the sale.
