Tiger Shroff shows bandages after Juhu firing, Shinde visits
First visuals from Eknath Shinde's meeting with Tiger Shroff show the actor in bandages after gunmen fired at his car in Mumbai's Juhu area.

First visuals from Eknath Shinde’s Sunday visit show Tiger Shroff at home, shirtless and with visible bandages on his chest and left arm, after gunmen opened fire at his car in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The actor met the Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister hours after the incident, and the images quickly spread online.
What we know about the firing
Tiger Shroff was returning from a football match on Sunday when unidentified gunmen fired at his vehicle near Pushpa Park. Police confirmed he did not suffer gunshot wounds. Reports on Monday said he sustained minor abrasions from gunpowder and glass shards, was examined at Nanavati Hospital and later discharged.
His driver was not as fortunate. Hospital sources said the driver sustained a gunshot injury to his left hand and may require surgery.
Response from the top
Eknath Shinde condemned the firing after meeting Tiger Shroff and said he had spoken to both the Mumbai Police Commissioner and the actor. According to the Deputy Chief Minister, several police teams have been formed to identify and arrest those responsible, and the government would not allow gangs to create fear in Mumbai.
“This incident is deeply concerning and condemnable; I condemn it in the strongest possible terms,” Shinde said.
He added that the city’s safety is the current priority and those behind the attack will be “apprehended and given a response in their own language.”
What investigators are checking
Mumbai Police are examining CCTV footage to trace the suspects. A viral social media post, reportedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has claimed responsibility, but police are yet to verify its authenticity. The post warned that actors who work with Salman Khan would face similar attacks—a claim that has added a familiar security concern to the investigation.
What you need to keep in mind:
- Tiger Shroff: minor abrasions, examined and discharged.
- Driver: gunshot injury to the left hand, possible surgery.
- Police: several teams formed; CCTV footage being reviewed.
- Bishnoi claim: viral post not yet verified by Mumbai Police.
For Bollywood fans, the shooting is a high-profile reminder that star security remains fragile, especially after threats linked to the Bishnoi gang. The focus now shifts to whether police can quickly identify the gunmen and whether the industry tightens protection for actors and their teams.
